Lack of Interpreting Services in Cambridgeshire caused Deaf people many problems, but this has now been sorted with the formation of Clarion Communication and Interpreting Service. This will be managed by Ali Gordon and Sally Chalk. It will be based at CDA in Cambridge and the services they offer include

These can be booked for doctor's appointments, training, college, parent's evenings, interviews, meetings, weddings, conferences etc. Only fully qualified communicators who have reached NVQ levels 3 and 4 will be used.
